5 Years Time Chap. 2
The bell chimed on the door as Lightning Blossom hopped into Sugarcube Corner. The smell of frosting and flour immediatley filled her nostrils. The store was empty except for a plump woman with pink hair that looked like the top of a cupcake flipping through the pages of a huge recipe book. Lightning's eyes widened as she peered into the many sheves filled with different pastries. Cakes, tarts, puffs, cookies, brownies, blondies, pies, eclaires, every dessert you could imagine. Lightning Blossom quickly flittered twoards the lady and stood up on her tipt-toes to see over the counter."

"You have CAKE!" A giant grin spread across her face.

"You guys!? Come help me with all these bags!"

Rainbow Dash dropped two heavy paper bags of groceries on the hardwood floor beneath her. Whenever she went shopping, she always forgot something, and it would nag her untill she had already put all of them away. The worst part was that it was always the thing they needed most.

Lightning Blossom came sliding down the hallway into the kitchen and slapped her hands against the kitchen island to maintain balance.

"What did you get at the store?" She pointed an accusing finger at her mother.

Rainbow Dash held up one of the overflowing bags of food, "A puppy."

"You did!?" Lightning's eyes widened
